Role Overview

We are hiring a Nutanix Engineer/ Networking IT Support Engineer to support enterprise infrastructure environments across FRENCH POLYNESIA (PF). This role requires flexibility for on‑call support and the ability to work across regional time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Nutanix HCI environments (AOS, AHV, Prism)
• Perform upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues
• Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Provide on‑call incident response support
• Work with global teams on cloud and infrastructure projects
• Maintain system documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in infrastructure or virtualization engineering
• Strong experience with Nutanix stack
• Knowledge of VMware or Hyper‑V
• Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, DHCP)
• Experience with DR and backup tools
• Scripting (PowerShell/Python) is advantageous

Mandatory Requirement

• Minimum 90% pass score on induction assessment

Preferred Qualifications

• Nutanix Certification (NCP or higher)
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Automation tools knowledge (Ansible, Terraform)

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills (Local language & English preferred)
• Ability to handle critical incidents
• Team-oriented and proactive
