Manage batch activities within the framework of a nuclear contract, ensuring operational monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with commitments made.
Guarantee the preparation, scheduling, and smooth execution of work packages, ensuring consistency of priorities and compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements.
Monitor the progress of operations, analyze deviations, identify bottlenecks, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Consolidate management information, produce monitoring indicators, and support coordination and reporting bodies.
Work as an interface with project, methods, design, quality, operations teams, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth and controlled execution.
Contribute to securing activities by anticipating technical, organizational, and operational risks.
Participate in the continuous improvement of operating methods, with particular attention to the robustness of processes and the quality of deliverables.
Act as a trusted point of contact for proper contract implementation, in an environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and service orientation are essential.
This position requires 5 to 10 years of proven experience in a demanding industrial environment, ideally within the nuclear sector or a technical field subject to stringent quality, safety, and coordination constraints. You have developed a structured approach to activity management, with the ability to maintain an overall vision while handling day-to-day operational topics with precision. Your background has enabled you to work across multiple disciplines, lead technical discussions, and secure milestones in contexts where reliability is essential. Beyond your skills, it is your ability to unite people, set priorities, and make well-considered decisions that will make the difference. You are methodical, composed, and adaptable, while remaining attentive to client expectations and field requirements. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with monitoring tools, and a sense of reporting round out a profile focused on results and collaboration.5 to 10 years of experience in activity management, work package coordination, contract management, or operational monitoring in an industrial environment.
Valued knowledge of the nuclear sector, its regulatory constraints, its safety requirements, and its quality standards.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor several topics simultaneously with precision and method.
Ease in coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading follow-up or steering meetings.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with solid experience in reporting, variance analysis, and indicator tracking.
Forward-thinking mindset, strong sense of commitment, and ability to propose concrete actions in the face of operational contingencies.
Proficiency in office IT tools and, depending on the context, planning or project tracking tools.
Graduate degree (Master’s level) in engineering or equivalent, or a background demonstrating equivalent operational expertise.
The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
