Manage batch activities as part of a nuclear contract, ensuring operational monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and compliance with commitments made.
Guarantee the preparation, scheduling, and smooth running of activity batches, ensuring consistent priorities and compliance with safety, quality, and deadline requirements.
Monitor the progress of operations, analyze variances, identify bottlenecks, and propose appropriate corrective actions.
Consolidate management information, produce monitoring indicators, and provide input to coordination and reporting bodies.
Work as an interface with project, methods, design, quality, operations teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure smooth and controlled execution.
Contribute to securing activities by anticipating technical, organizational, and operational risks.
Participate in the continuous improvement of operating methods, with particular attention paid to the robustness of processes and the quality of deliverables.
Be a trusted relay for the proper application of the contract, in an environment where accuracy, responsiveness, and a strong service mindset are essential.
This position requires a confirmed experience of 5 to 10 years in a demanding industrial environment, ideally within the nuclear sector or a technical environment subject to stringent quality, safety, and coordination constraints. You have developed a structured approach to activity management, with the ability to maintain an overall view while handling day-to-day operational issues with precision. Your background has enabled you to work at the interface of several disciplines, lead technical discussions, and secure milestones in contexts where reliability is essential. Beyond your skills, it is your ability to bring people together, to prioritize, and to make well-judged decisions that will make the difference. You are able to demonstrate method, composure, and adaptability, while remaining attentive to customer expectations and field requirements. Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency with monitoring tools, and a solid sense of reporting complement a profile focused on results and collaboration.5 to 10 years of experience in activity management, batch coordination, contract management, or operational monitoring in an industrial environment.
Appreciated knowledge of the nuclear sector, its regulatory constraints, safety requirements, and quality standards.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and monitor several topics simultaneously with precision and method.
Ease in coordinating multiple stakeholders and leading follow-up or steering meetings.
Good written and oral communication skills, with solid practice in reporting, variance analysis, and monitoring indicators.
Foresight, strong sense of commitment, and ability to propose concrete actions in response to operational contingencies.
Proficiency with office tools and, depending on the context, with planning or project monitoring tools.
Degree equivalent to Bac+5, engineering or equivalent, or a background demonstrating equivalent operational expertise.
The salary offered for this position is between 45,000 and 50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and qualifications.
