Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated Norwegian text for grammatical correctness, idiomatic expressions, and natural flow across both Bokmål and Nynorsk.
• Evaluate and provide detailed feedback on linguistic errors, stylistic inconsistencies, and cultural inaccuracies in AI outputs.
• Identify and correct issues related to dialectal variations and regional preferences within Norway.
• Contribute to the development of robust evaluation guidelines specific to Norwegian linguistic nuances.
• Perform comparative analysis of AI-generated content against human-written benchmarks to quantify quality improvements.
• Leverage linguistic expertise to improve AI's understanding of Norwegian syntax, morphology, and semantics.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Norwegian (Bokmål and Nynorsk) with a deep understanding of regional variations.
• Professional experience in translation, localization, linguistic evaluation, or content review for Norwegian.
• Strong grasp of Norwegian grammar, orthography, and contemporary usage.
• Familiarity with linguistic evaluation tools and quality assurance methodologies.
• Degree in Linguistics, Norwegian Studies, Translation, or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to articulate complex linguistic feedback clearly and constructively.
