North & Western Europe Sub-Region Sales Leader

Lesaffre, a global leader in yeasts and fermentation, through its Phileo business unit, seeks a North and Western Europe Sub-Region Manager (M/F). This permanent role reports to the EMEAI Director and leads local teams across multiple markets, shaping strategies and budgets to drive sustainable growth.

The position requires 10+ years in sales leadership, a Master’s or Engineering degree, fluent English, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
