North & Western Europe Growth Leader

Lesaffre is seeking a North and Western Europe Sub-Region Manager within the EMEAI region. You will report to the EMEAI Director and drive a 3–5 year strategic plan for the Sub-Region, leading sales growth and a strong opportunity pipeline.

You will coordinate with marketing, CRM, and local teams to deliver planned results. We expect a Master’s degree or Engineering Diploma, plus 10+ years in sales leadership, with a background in animal nutrition.
