Night Sidekick - Part time

We will be opening our fourth location worldwide, this time in Paris, opening in March 2023. Our newest property will feature 109 Lofts and is located in the 17th arrondissement, right next to the iconic Tribunal de Paris and Porte de Clichy metro station.

We're looking for Night Sidekicks that easily connect with people and are passionate about providing a warm welcome and helping residents during their time with us. As a Night Sidekick, you will be our residents’ go-to person, connector and problem-solver during the evenings. You'll need to love sharing advice, looking after people and building a nest for our residents as well as always striving to provide service in creative ways.

Among other tasks, the role involves welcoming our residents, checking in and checking out our night owls, cleaning and ensuring that our breakfast is ready in the morning. The Night Sidekick position reports to the Duty Managers and is responsible for the security in the case of an emergency in the night.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

No night looks the same as a Night Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

As of 11.00 pm: Start your shift with a handover together with the evening team, serve the last drinks to our residents and start locking down the building for the night.

As of midnight: Clean the coffee machine and make the place and terraces look ready for the morning; are the pillows in the right place, are the decorative items tidy and our toolboxes full? You are in charge!

After 04.00 am: Start preparing the breakfast buffet
