Role Description

The Next IT & CRM Manager role at SODIF FLEURS is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mâcon (71) region. This person will progressively take over my current responsibilities and become the company’s IT & CRM Manager.

The role covers the company’s IT environment, including infrastructure, business applications, ERP and CRM systems, with a focus on reliability, security and alignment with business needs. Day-to-day activities include managing projects with external partners (especially Dutch ones), developing and optimizing the ERP and CRM, and supporting users.

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive change. This is particularly important as our industry is undergoing profound transformation, creating both challenges and opportunities for the years ahead.

I am personally committed to passing on my knowledge, experience and skills to my successor. The transition will take place progressively over several months, and I will be there to support and guide my successor throughout this period, sharing my experience and helping them grow into the role with confidence and, ultimately, full autonomy.
