You will join the Operations Transformation department within Airbus Helicopters Operations, working in an international plateau mode in Marignane, France. Our diverse team is motivated by complex, transversal project management that actively shapes the future of our people, business, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure E2E consistency: drive cross‑functional integration and guarantee that all E2E process and solution designs align with NewERP goals (standardization, harmonization, simplification).
• Transversal coordination: manage complex cross‑domain issues and integration points to ensure the chosen solution brings the highest value at a company level.
• Design & architecture support: lead functional design & architecture, support business requirement definitions and conduct solution proposal consistency checks.
• Decision making & governance: prepare, review, and validate key design decisions alongside functional and technical integration points.
• Agile delivery: deliver and validate E2E processes in accordance with Program Increment (PI) planning.
• External roadmap alignment: act as the primary interface for major non‑ERP projects (e.g., SC Resilience, SPART) to ensure communication and roadmap alignment.
• Change management & escalation: support change management and communication within the program and toward other directorates; when consensus cannot be reached, prepare and escalates them to program management for final decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, or related IT application management.
• Deep cross‑functional experience across Airbus Helicopters domains (Industry, Spares, MRO, Design, Finance).
• Proven project management expertise, preferably using Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and EWM.
• Exceptionally strong ability to capture business needs in highly complex environments, excellent communication, influencing, and synthesis skills.
• Full fluency in both French and English.
