Job Description

Airbus Helicopters is looking for a new ERP Cross‑functional Integration Leader for Operations (f/m) to join our department based in Marignane, France. Airbus Helicopters is driving a deep digital transformation to build our company's future. You will join the Operations Transformation department within Airbus Helicopters Operations, working in an international plateau mode in Marignane, France. Our diverse team is motivated by complex, transversal project management that actively shapes the future of our people, business, and customers. At the heart of this transformation is NewERP — a strategic initiative designed to simplify, harmonize, and standardize our processes, methods, and tools worldwide. By creating a sustainable digital backbone, we aim to enhance operational efficiency, ensure digital continuity, and elevate customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure E2E Consistency: Drive cross‑functional integration and guarantee that all E2E process and solution designs align with NewERP goals (Standardization, Harmonization, Simplification).
  • Transversal Coordination: Manage complex cross‑domain issues and integration points to ensure the chosen solution brings the highest value at a company level.
  • Design & Architecture Support: Lead Functional Design & Architecture, supporting business requirement definitions and conducting solution proposal consistency checks.
  • Decision Making & Governance: Prepare, review, and validate Key Design Decisions alongside Functional and Technical Integration Points.
  • Agile Delivery: Deliver and validate E2E processes in accordance with Program Increment (PI) planning.
  • External Roadmap Alignment: Act as the primary interface for major non‑ERP projects (e.g., SC Resilience, SPART) to ensure communication and roadmap alignment.
  • Change Management & Escalation: Support change management and communication within the program and toward other directorates. When a consensus cannot be reached on complex topics, prepare and escalateto Program management for final decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s Degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or a similar field.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in manufacturing engineering, manufacturing, or related IT application management.
  • Domain Knowledge: Deep cross‑functional experience across Airbus Helicopters domains (e.g., Industry, Spares, MRO, Design, Finance).
  • Project Management: Proven expertise managing complex projects, preferably using Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum.
  • Technical ERP Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of SAP, with specific experience or knowledge regarding SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and EWM.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional ability to capture business needs in highly complex environments, backed by excellent communication, influencing, and synthesis skills.
  • Languages: Full fluency in both French and English.
