New Business Sales Executive – Cybersecurity Solutions

Position Overview & responsabilities:
We are looking for a highly motivated New Business Sales Executive (“Hunter” profile) to drive business development within a defined geographic territory.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Business Development & Prospecting:
- Define target market segments and implement tailored prospecting strategies
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and industry trend analysis
- Leverage databases, professional social networks and industry events to identify potential customers
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to present our cybersecurity solutions
- Participate in trade shows and professional events to promote our offerings and generate new business opportunities
- Manage inbound marketing leads
- Deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Conduct functional demonstrations of our solutions
- Prepare and lead customer presentations and proposal defenses
- Build customized and competitive commercial proposals aligned with client expectations
- Partner Ecosystem Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cybersecurity integrators and industry influencers to identify new projects and opportunities
- Work closely with Marketing teams to align business development strategies and contribute to lead generation initiatives (webinars, campaigns, events, etc.)
- Provide reliable sales forecasting and pipeline visibility
Profile & Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) with a specialization in Sales, Business or related field
- Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity ecosystem is required
- Ideally 5 to 15 years of experience in Cybersecurity, either within a software vendor or IT integrator environment
- Strong “hunter” mindset with proven new business development experience
- Excellent prospecting and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of the French public sector market is highly appreciated
- Relationship Skills
- Good knowledge of cybersecurity integrator networks and public procurement environments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
