NEW BUSINESS MANAGER

PARIS, 75
il y a 1 jour

About the role

Natoora has spent two decades reshaping how chefs think about fresh produce — championing seasonality, varietal diversity, and building direct relationships with a vast network of growers. Paris is one of our most important markets, and home to some of the most influential kitchens we supply anywhere in the world.

We are looking for a New Business Manager to grow our presence in France — identifying and winning the restaurants, hotels, and caterers that share our belief that the food system can be fixed, one kitchen at a time. This is a hands-on, field-based role covering the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close, with a direct impact on how Natoora grows in France.

Responsibilities

Build the pipeline and win new business

Actively prospect new customers across restaurants, hotels, and contract catering — through cold outreach, field visits, and direct meetings. Build and maintain a structured, well-qualified pipeline, leading sales conversations with confidence and closing new business opportunities that are the right fit for Natoora. Embed new accounts quickly and set them up for a strong, long-term relationship from day one.

Represent Natoora in the field

Be the face of Natoora in Paris — bringing genuine knowledge of our produce, our growers, and our mission into every conversation. The best introductions don't always happen in a formal meeting; sometimes it's arriving at a kitchen with something extraordinary and letting the product speak for itself.

Own the commercial detail

Track activity, pipeline progress, and performance through regular reporting. Work closely with the wider team — operations, buying, and account management — to ensure new accounts are set up to be served well from the moment they come on board.

About you

  • Proven experience in business development or a commercial sales role, ideally within food, hospitality, or premium FMCG
  • Strong knowledge of the Paris hospitality scene — you know the kitchens, understand how chefs buy, and have the relationships or the drive to build them
  • Comfortable with cold prospecting and self-directed pipeline management — you don't wait to be told where to look
  • A good level of English, as you'll be working closely with our international teams
  • Highly organised and execution-focused, with the autonomy to manage your own time and the discipline to deliver against targets
  • A genuine passion for food, provenance, and sustainable sourcing — you care about this, not just commercially

What success looks like

First 6 months: a live, well-managed pipeline is in place, the first wave of high-quality new accounts has been won and is trading well, and Natoora's presence in the Paris market is visibly growing.

6 to 24 months: Natoora is landing in kitchens that genuinely move the needle in France — accounts that reflect who we are, what we stand for, and the quality of what we source.

What we offer

  • A role with direct impact on Natoora's growth in France
  • A high level of autonomy and a genuinely mission-driven environment
  • Discounted access to Natoora produce
  • Your birthday off after six months
