Context As part of the implementation of projects by the network solutions team, we are looking for an admin to help us with the implementation of the various projects, as well as participation in the resolution of escalated incidents.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Analyze and resolve level 2 incidents, escalating them to the RUN teams, and escalate incidents to level 3 or the vendor if necessary.\* Respond to change requests via configurations on our network equipment under your responsibility.\* Contribute to cross-functional technical projects.\* Monitor resource capacity.\* Develop our automation stack.\* Participate in the creation of documentation, enriching the existing documentation.\* Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional and external exchanges.\* Adhere to existing processes (ITIL).\*Service technology environment: Cisco/Alcatel/Fortinet switches and routers\* ACI SDN\* Fortinet SD-WAN (FW, Qo
