We are looking for an IT – Network & Security Expert to join Ipsen's Global Digital & IT Operations team and play a key role in the evolution, performance and security of our global technology infrastructure.

Reporting to the Director of Network & Telecom Infrastructure, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability and continuous improvement of Ipsen's network, telecom, security and unified communications environments.

Working across a complex international landscape, you will act as a trusted technical expert, partnering with infrastructure teams, business stakeholders and strategic service providers to deliver secure, scalable and high‑performing solutions that support business growth and innovation.

What You Will Do

• You will design, implement and evolve network, telecom and security architectures, ensuring solutions are aligned with business needs, technology standards and long‑term strategic objectives.
• You will provide technical leadership across infrastructure projects, guiding the integration of new technologies and ensuring smooth transitions into operational support.
• You will maintain and optimise critical network and security services, proactively monitoring performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring the highest levels of availability and resilience.
• You will lead the resolution of complex incidents and provide expert third‑level support, ensuring risks are managed effectively and service levels are consistently achieved.
• You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to strengthen operational governance, improve service performance and continuously enhance the user experience.
• You will stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, identifying opportunities to modernise infrastructure, improve security and increase operational efficiency across the organisation.
• Most importantly, you will combine deep technical expertise with a business‑oriented mindset, ensuring technology remains a secure and reliable enabler of Ipsen's global ambitions.

What Makes You Successful

• You bring significant experience across network, telecom and security infrastructure within complex enterprise environments.
• You have strong expertise in network architecture, WAN, LAN and Wi‑Fi technologies, as well as a solid understanding of modern security platforms and practices.
• You are experienced in designing and supporting secure, highly available infrastructure services and are comfortable managing complex technical challenges in a global environment.
• You have worked extensively within operational environments, combining infrastructure expertise with strong service management and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience in unified communications, telephony and collaboration technologies enables you to take a holistic view of enterprise connectivity and communication services.
• You are naturally proactive, analytical and customer‑focused, able to balance operational excellence with innovation and continuous improvement.
• You communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build credibility with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• You thrive in international and multicultural environments and enjoy collaborating across teams to achieve common goals.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.
