The quantitative development team is responsible for building and integrating advanced models for securities valuation and risk management. A major current initiative includes expanding analytics capabilities through strategic partnerships with leading cloud providers.

We are seeking a Software Developer to help build a robust framework for rapid model development, back testing, debugging, and multi-environment deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with quantitative researchers, DevOps teams, and system engineers to develop a scalable and transparent model ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a high-impact quantitative team and gain exposure to financial modelling in the Fixed Income securitized assets domain.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop components and tools for a rapid model development framework
• Integrate and maintain quantitative models across multiple environments
• Enhance toolsets for model testing, debugging, and validation
• Optimize model performance and manage memory efficiently
• Conduct code and design reviews
• Maintain and improve CI/CD infrastructure (GitLab, Jenkins)

Requirements

• Strong self-drive and goal-oriented mindset; excellent communication skills
• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Solid problem-solving abilities, particularly in complex technical domains
• 5+ years of experience in object-oriented programming
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development
• Strong proficiency in Linux and shell scripting
• Python programming experienceFamiliarity with modern software development workflows, including CI/CD and Agile methodologies
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
• Knowledge of Fixed Income markets or securitized products is a strong plus
• Fluent in French & English, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues across global teams (especially the US)
