Network Engineer ( Data Center )

We are seeking a skilled Network Engineer with hands‑on Data Center experience to design, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, and data center technologies, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of critical network environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support enterprise and data center network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless networks.
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and Data Center networking environments.
• Perform network monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
• Implement network security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Support data center migrations, rack installations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with system, cloud, and security teams for infrastructure projects.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Participate in on‑call support and incident management activities.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco, Juniper, Arista, or HP networking equipment.
• Experience with Data Center technologies and architecture.
• Knowledge of firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point).
• Experience with VPN, load balancers (F5), and network monitoring tools.
• Understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
• Experience in troubleshooting enterprise‑level network environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of SD‑WAN technologies.
• Exposure to network automation using Python, Ansible, or Terraform.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware NSX.
