• Manage and configure Juniper SRX firewalls and Junos OS.
• Implement and maintain routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
• Configure VPN solutions (IPSec, SSL VPN) and remote access solutions.
• Utilize troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark, ping, and traceroute.
• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, and Syslog.
• Ensure compliance with network security principles and manage firewall policies.
• Engage in basic scripting or automation tasks (Python, Ansible).
• Participate in incident/change management processes with ITIL awareness.

Qualifications

• Certifications such as JNCIA, JNCIS, or JNCIP.
• Experience with multi-vendor environments (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto).
• Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with NAC, IDS/IPS, or SIEM tools.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper SRX firewalls and Junos OS.
• Understanding of Layer 2/3 networking concepts including VLANs, STP, and trunking.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting tools.
• Strong grasp of network security principles.

Preferred Skills

• Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
