Network Development Specialist

The role

Our team is looking for a Network Development Specialist to support our Network team through a 1‑year contract. In this role you will help accelerate Zeekr’s development in the market, building strong relationships with customers and partners, and guiding through the chain.

This is what you will do:

• Support and develop the Dealer Network Strategy – contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive Dealer Network Plan that represents Zeekr in the country.
• Partner Relationship Management – initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
• Act as Department Liaison – serve as the primary link between the local market and the dealers, checking compliance with network development standards and policies while driving rapid and robust network expansion.
• Network Establishment and Performance Management – support the creation of a new dealer network by implementing operational processes aligned with company standards.
• Sales and Market Objectives – check, control and support dealer‑level sales targets, area‑of‑influence optimization, market share goals, and customer experience objectives.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and effective coordination with dealers.
