Network Development Specialist

The Role
We are looking for a Network Development Specialist to support our Network team for a 1‑year contract. In this role you will support the acceleration of Zeekr development in the market and build relationships with customers and partners.
This is what you will do
- Support and develop the Dealer Network Strategy – contribute to the implementation of a comprehensive Dealer Network Plan that represents Zeekr in the country.
- Partner Relationship Management – initiate, build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners.
- Act as Department Liaison – serve as the primary link between the local market and the dealers, ensuring compliance with network development standards and driving rapid network expansion.
- Network Establishment and Performance Management – support the creation of a new dealer network by implementing operational processes aligned with company standards.
- Sales and Market Objectives – check, control and support dealer‑level sales targets, area‑of‑influence (AOI) optimisation, market share goals and customer experience objectives.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – work closely with Sales, Service, Marketing and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and effective coordination with dealers.
To be successful in the role you will demonstrate
- Experience in network management within the automotive industry.
- Strong personal network in the country to ensure a fast start.
- Strong knowledge and experience in developing a dealer network.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and proactive mindset to address complex issues and provide effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and the local language.
