Position: Network and Telecom Administrator

Location: Lille (client facility)

Overview

The role is to ensure the administration and management of network and telecom infrastructures in a critical environment. The mission includes maintaining operational conditions, managing projects, monitoring performance, and resolving incidents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability and performance of network and telecom infrastructures (LAN/MAN/WAN).
• Manage projects related to network and telecom domain.
• Handle alerts, incidents, and problems.
• Follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement and securing environments.

Mandatory Skills

• Administration of LAN/MAN/WAN networks.
• VPN management.
• Proxy and Reverse Proxy configuration.
• Firewall configuration and management.
• Network monitoring and supervision tools (e.g., PRTG, Nagios).
• Network security (access control, segmentation, hardening).
• Administration of telephony solutions (Teams, Cisco, PABX).
• Technical documentation and procedure management.
• Incident management and Level 2/3 support.
• Ability to work in multi-site and international environments.

Appreciated Skills

• Knowledge of advanced network monitoring tools.
• Experience in hardening and securing infrastructures.
• Automation and scripting for network management (PowerShell, Python).
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing tools.
• Participation in migration or modernization projects.
