Network and Systems Administrator

We are hiring a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to maintain and optimize our organization's network infrastructure. As a Network and Systems Administrator you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all network equipment, as well as ensuring the security and reliability of our systems. You will also be responsible for monitoring network performance, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, and implementing necessary updates or upgrades to keep our systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Evaluate data traffic patterns to optimize network efficiency
• Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats
• Manage user accounts and access controls for network resources
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in networking technology
• Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN networks, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, firewalls, etc.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SolarWinds or Nagios
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Clairvaux, Egypt. Egyptian nationals preferred.

This is a part‑time position without the need for English proficiency or prior experience. However, candidates must possess a biometric passport for security clearance purposes.
