Network and Security Engineer

You join the network and security production of a leading bank operating in several European countries, within the Incident Management and Service Delivery Management teams. You ensure the service quality of network infrastructures and act as the point of contact for critical escalations.

Your responsibilities

• Drive the handling of L2 and L3 network incidents with service providers and vendors
• Act as the escalation point during Network emergencies
• Monitor and analyse L2 support KPIs and propose improvement plans
• Lead problem management and root cause analyses
• Contribute to the compliance of telecom and network assets together with the security team
• Take part in continuous service improvement projects

Your profile

• 6 to 10 years of experience in network and security operations, ideally in banking or large enterprise environments
• Solid technical foundation: routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, VPN
• Strong command of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) and vendor management
• Service mindset and ability to handle pressure and emergencies
• Professional French and English
