Network Administrator N2

Role Overview

As a Network Administrator N2, you will ensure the operation and support of the network infrastructure perimeter CEIP Network. Your main activities will include qualification, diagnosis, and resolution of N2 incidents, treatment of service and change requests, and supervision of alarms.

What You Will Do

You will work on a mission with one of our clients in the energy sector, based in Lyon, and be responsible for technical support to N1 teams, participation in continuous improvement and quality of service, and respect of SLA, procedures, and security requirements.
