Your Role

The NetOps team currently consists of two people: a NetOps engineer focused 90% on deploying automation tools, and the Head of Run.

To relieve the Head of Run and share expertise, we aim to expand the NetOps team with a second NetOps Engineer.

We operate autonomously across all levels of our infrastructure, from hardware to applications. To optimize our operations, we prioritize automation, reproducibility, and scalability in our deployments.

By joining us, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our infrastructure in optimal conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintaining operational conditions for our switches, routers, firewalls, and appliances
• Automating deployments: configuring equipment and firewall rules
• Providing technical support to other IT teams
• Evolving our tools

Your Skills

Must-Have

• First experience in managing intra- and inter-datacenter networks
• Proficiency in IP networks, BGP, and EVPN VXLAN protocols
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and availability
• Ability to work in a team and demonstrate teaching skills
• Experience using Python or knowledge of key programming concepts
• Rigorous, available, and with strong user communication skills
• Professional English proficiency

Nice-to-Have

Knowledge of one or more technologies used in our environment, and a desire to acquire or strengthen skills in:

• Datacenter networks: BGP, EVPN VXLAN
• WiFi networks

• Multiple datacenters in Europe, Asia, and the Americas
• Over 450 network and security devices
• An internally managed WAN network
• A secure office network (offices and VPNs)
• An infrastructure comprising thousands of servers and VMs
