Product Master Data Expert – NEO AFP Global Team – Location: SO Tech, Saint‑Ouen (93).

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

  • Maintain Global Activation methodology & assets (Fit materials, E2E testing, activation playbooks)
  • Onboard & support local activation teams to ensure methodology mastery and project readiness
  • Lead high‑complexity NEO fit activities (Workshops, Open points instructions, and Deviation Requests (DR) instructions)
    • Ensure the alignment between the Global AFP F2S team, Local Program Director and F2S BPO, and the métier community
    • Assess template deviation requests and submit arbitrations to relevant decision committees (Global, AFP, DGO, Data Domain)
    • Ensure a consistent data model to answer to local business needs and implement the NEO MDM process
    • Ensure the alignment between Product Master Data & Business process
    • Liaise with the Data domain to facilitate roadmaps, priorities on data quality remediation actions
    • Define cleansing action plan with local teams, and support on functional questions
    • Execute specific tasks (DR step‑1 instruction validation and Global App Remediation)

As a Business Expert, you will play a critical role in a major IT and Business Transformation Program, focusing on Product Master Data topics. You will be responsible for delivering harmonized MDM processes to countries, building an MDM foundation according to NEO standards, and developing strategies to deliver data quality by animating, coordinating, aligning, and prioritizing action plans.

  • Data‑related background: previous experience in data management is appreciated; good knowledge of operations scope is an advantage
