Airbus Helicopters is looking for a National Security Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.
You will join a dynamic and exciting engineering department managing:
- Export Control & National Security Classification
- Export Control & National Security Flow Management
- Data Leadership & Quality
You will be joining the team of National Security Flow Management.

Your challenges:
- Manage primarily National Security flow management activities (authorisations, accreditations, business applications)
- Lead certain scopes, with support of the ET workstream leader if needed, on National Security flow management activities
- Perform process improvement and writing in myCES to create & formalise compliance related processes within engineering
- Support Data Compliance Rep. activities (CoE Data) & drive the part for National Security on process improvement
- Provide permanent advice and support including business applications, tools, deliver training to business functions concerned
- Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.
Your profile:
- Knowledge & experience in Design Office, process & business apps/tools
- Preferably legal expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security
Required skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset
- Ability to synthesize and structure information to write processes
- Ability to manage complex situations with high stakes
- Ability to interact with many stakeholders
- Rigor but willingness to support the ET activities with sustainable solutions
- Basic experience and/or strong curiosity in the design, development, engineering of an aircraft
- Team spirit & solution oriented
- Take ownership
- English fluent, German speaker will be a plus
