National Security Compliance Manager (M/F)

Job Description: Airbus Helicopters is looking for a National Security Compliance Manager (f/m) to join our team based in Marignane, France.

Responsibilities

• Manage primarily National Security flow management activities (authorisations, accreditations, business applications)
• Lead certain scopes, with support of the ET workstream leader if needed, on National Security flow management activities
• Perform process improvement and writing in myCES to create & formalise compliance related processes within engineering
• Support Data Compliance Representative activities (CoE Data) & drive the part for National Security on process improvement
• Provide permanent advice and support including business applications, tools, deliver training to business functions concerned
• Continuously improve the performance of the export control function, including training, surveys, etc.

Responsabilités

• Gérer principalement les activités de gestion des flux des tangibles & intangibles liés à National Security (autorisations, accreditations, business applications)
• Piloter certains périmètres, avec le soutien du responsable du work package ET si nécessaire, sur les activités de gestion des flux liés à la sécurité nationale
• Améliorer les processus et rédiger des documents dans myCES afin de créer et formaliser les processus de conformité au sein de l'ingénierie.
• Soutenir les activités de Data Compliance Representative (Center of Excellence Data) et piloter le volet National Security concernant l'amélioration des processus.
• Fournir des conseils et un soutien permanents, y compris des applications, outils, dispenser des formations aux fonctions commerciales concernées.
• Maintenir la qualité des données au sein d'un outil de référence pour le sujet du contrôle des exportations.
• Améliorer en permanence les performances de la fonction de contrôle des exportations/national security, y compris la formation, les enquêtes, etc.

Qualifications

• Knowledge & experience in Design Office, process & business apps/tools. Preferably legal expertise in Export Control and/or experience in National Security.
• Required skills:

  • English fluent; German speaker will be a plus.
