The Sales Directoris responsible fordefining and driving the commercial strategy of the business to increase sales, revenue, and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Leading and developing the sales organization, the role focuses on achieving sustainable growth and strengthening the long‑term success of the brand. By planning, organizing, and overseeing all commercial activities, the Sales Director ensures the achievement of businessobjectiveswhilemaintaininga strong understanding of market developments, customer needs, and competitive dynamics. Success in this role requires strategic leadership, a results‑oriented mindset, agility, and innovation to position the brand at the highest level of competitiveness within its market.
Your ImpactProven experience in a senior commercial leadership role, with a strongtrack recordof driving sales growth, profitability, and market share
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute commercial strategies, sales plans, and business development initiatives in a competitive market environment
Experience managing and developing dealer, distributor, or partner networks, including network optimization and transformation projects
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high‑performing sales teams while driving accountability through KPIs and performance management
Solid financial and business acumen, including sales forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and profitability management
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with experience handling key accounts, strategic partnerships, and major tenders
Strategic, customer‑focused, and results‑driven professional withstrong communicationskills and the ability to thrive in an international matrix organization
YourExperience and QualificationsProventrack recordin sales leadership, withstrongknowledge of the market, competitors, products, and modern sales strategies, including digital channels and social media
Strong negotiation and business development skills, with a solid understanding of the full sales cycle, market analysis, product positioning, and commercial excellence
Extensive experience in leading,developingand coaching sales teams, supported by effective use of CRM systems, KPIs, dashboards, and performance management tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills, with the ability to build andmaintainstrong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders at all levels
Strategic mindset combined with high resilience, initiative, assertiveness, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced and demanding environment
Fluent English skills and at least 10 years of relevant professional experience, including significant leadership experience in a comparable sales role
