National Sales Manager | Aesthetic | France

We are partnering with a growing and ambitious organisation within the aesthetic and dermocosmetic space, seeking a commercially driven National Sales Manager to lead their next phase of growth across France.

This is a high-impact role suited to someone who enjoys building, shaping and challenging the status quo. You will play a central role in driving revenue, strengthening market position, and introducing new ways of thinking within a competitive and fast-evolving market.

As National Sales Manager, you will define and execute the commercial strategy, identifying new business opportunities, partnerships and routes to market. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, working cross-functionally with marketing and finance teams to ensure alignment with both local and international objectives.

This role goes beyond delivery. It requires a leader who is proactive, comfortable challenging existing approaches and motivated to bring fresh ideas that elevate performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing long‑term sales strategies aligned with growth objectives
  • Leading, coaching and developing a high‑performing sales team across France
  • Setting clear targets and driving accountability through performance tracking and analysis
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities and expanding key client relationships
  • Leading negotiations and shaping pricing and commercial policies
  • Using data and insights to optimise performance and influence decision making
  • Owning forecasting, demand planning and budget management across the portfolio

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership within aesthetics, pharmaceuticals or beauty
  • A strong track record of delivering growth and building high‑performing teams
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate insight into action
  • Confidence operating in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments
  • A hands‑on, proactive approach with the drive to challenge and improve
  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills across cultures
