Responsibilities
- Define and lead the national commercial strategy: market targeting, account prioritization, segmentation, value proposition, development plans and performance indicators
- Open new strategic accounts with public or private contracting authorities
- Structure the key account approach: decision‑maker mapping, account plans, understanding procurement processes, and opportunity tracking
- Professionalize responses to tenders, framework agreements and strategic consultations
- Help teams better showcase the group’s technical expertise
- Support project managers and technical staff in developing their commercial capabilities
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial leadership
- Strategic business development
- Major account development
- Market leadership or business development experience in a technical environment
- Ideally from a sector related to engineering, design offices, infrastructure, construction, environment, energy, technical inspection, industrial services or technical professional services
- Experience selling complex solutions
- Ability to open doors at senior levels
- Ability to structure a commercial approach
- Experience building account plans
- Ability to translate technical expertise into a clear value proposition
