National Key Account Manager

Our client is a reputable company, Rubix, a European leader in industrial maintenance, repair and overhaul products and services.
Duties and responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of national and multi‑site key customers
- Lead national negotiations (framework agreements, pricing structures, rebates, SLAs)
- Manage tenders, RFQs, and contract renewals
- Build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders (procurement, operations, engineering)
- Define and execute long‑term account plans aligned with customer needs and Rubix strategy
- Ensure alignment between local execution and national strategy
- Ensure a consistent Rubix experience across all locations
- Work closely with local sales teams, specialists, logistics, operations, digital, and finance
Expectations
- University degree in a technical field, Business, or an equivalent professional qualification
- Relevant experience in Key Account Management within B2B environments
- Strong background in industrial distribution, MRO, or technical services
- Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal), additional languages are an advantage
- Advanced computer literacy
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proactive, outgoing personality
- Structured, analytical, and solution‑oriented approach
