National Investment Sales Intern — 25% Commission

Besen Partners is seeking an Investment Sales Associate to work with the Managing Director on multi-family, retail, mixed-use, and development transactions, with deals ranging from $1M to $200M. You will generate leads, cultivate relationships with national investors, and actively participate in underwriting and deal execution.

The role is commission-based with a 25% split on deals sourced, offering high upside for a motivated self-starter who excels at research, organization, and presenting
