Macgregor Black are partnering with a well-established toy brand on the search for a National Account Manager . This is a permanent role based in France .

As the National Account Manager , you will lead and expand strategic retail partnerships across France. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who understands the French retail landscape and has a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with key retail partners across France.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotions, and annual trading terms.
  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class customer support and execution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to support business strategy.
  • Build strong forecasting and demand planning processes with retail partners.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Key Account Manager or National Account Manager role within the toy industry or consumer goods sector.
  • Strong network and existing relationships with major French retailers.
  • Excellent negotiation and commercial management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Based in France with willingness to travel as required.
