Job Description

Salesforce is at the heart of the digital transformation of the public sector, and our dedicated team for territorial communities is one of the most dynamic in the region. We are looking for an Account Executive to drive the development of our presence with municipalities, departmental and regional councils, and local public institutions in France, building sustainable strategic relationships with key decision makers.

Responsibilities

  • Drive full sales cycles, from qualification to signing, demonstrating the value of the Salesforce platform to local public organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to win new markets and strengthen adoption among existing clients.
  • Manage and track commercial opportunities accurately in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, pre‑sales and partners to ensure customer success.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling complex solutions (software, SaaS) in long cycles, ideally in the Public Sector.
  • Ability to identify, qualify and manage high‑value opportunities in a multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Excellent communication and interaction skills with senior decision makers in a clear and impactful way.
  • Fluency in French and English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of procurement processes and strategic challenges of territorial communities in France.
  • Proficiency in a structured sales methodology (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.).
  • Experience building business cases and strategic alliances with partners.
