Murex Project Manager - SaaS

We are seeking a Murex Project Manager to lead delivery across a client programme within the EMEA ILC PM domain . This role is embedded on a client programme and manages a mix of activities across internal Murex teams, client stakeholders, and project System Integrators (SIs) . You will own programme governance, planning, execution, and controls—ensuring delivery is aligned to SoW , timelines, quality standards, and Murex delivery methodologies (SaaS / CI where applicable).

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex Murex MX.3 programmes (implementation, upgrade, migration, or major enhancement).
• Strong programme governance skills: SoW management , RAID, scope/change control, budgeting, staffing/mobilisation, and stakeholder reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-stream delivery across internal teams, client teams, and SIs/partners .
• Experience with planning and execution : building integrated plans, defining milestones/deliverables, dependency management, and driving delivery cadence.
• Strong quality mindset: ownership of project process adherence, deliverables follow-up, and quality plan execution.
• Strong communication and leadership skills—comfortable engaging directly with client stakeholders and senior Murex leadership.
• Familiarity with Murex delivery approaches in SaaS and CI contexts is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Management: ensure the SoW covers all programme activities , maintain programme roadmap, arbitrate and prioritise between projects when needed, and provide weekly programme status updates.
• Staffing & Mobilisation: support staffing plans and mobilisation for new initiatives; coach/guide the team including key resources (BA/SL/SA).
• Planning: define/review/finalise project plans aligned internally and with the client/SI; define milestones, deliverables, and stream-level plans with stream leads.
• Execution Leadership: lead the project team, set expectations, and follow delivery execution against the plan; manage delivery commitments across Murex teams.
• Release & Delivery Management: ensure release approach (including binary delivery/release management where relevant) is compatible with programme timelines.
• Quality Management: build and run the project quality plan; ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project processes are followed.
• Monitoring & Control: control scope (prevent scope creep), manage change, track dependencies, follow up issues, and drive risk mitigation actions.
• Reporting & Governance: provide clear, precise status reporting to both client and Murex , including monthly project reviews across phases and budget deviation monitoring.
