We are seeking a Murex Production Manager to lead and govern production support for client environments, ensuring stability, structured operations, and strong client engagement. This role is similar to a Project Manager, with a specific focus on RUN/BAU responsibilities including incident & problem management , change request governance , and client operations coordination .

You will act as the day-to-day owner for production topics—coordinating multiple stakeholders (client, internal Murex teams, IT, and business), driving timely resolution of issues, and ensuring clear communication and follow-up.

Requirements

  • Senior/confirmed experience in production/support-oriented roles (e.g., application support management, IT production support, operations governance).
  • Proven experience in incident management , problem management , change management , and crisis management in a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills: coordination, prioritization, structured tracking, and delivery ownership.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with client stakeholders and coordinating across IT and business teams.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and proactively , taking ownership of day-to-day operations and client follow-up.
  • Nice to have: functional knowledge of Murex MX.3 (generic or module-specific).
  • Nice to have: ITIL knowledge/certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Incident & Problem Management: manage production incidents end-to-end—triage, coordination, stakeholder communication, escalation, and ensuring timely resolution and RCA follow-up.
  • Change Request Management: structure, track, and coordinate CRs and small evolutions with clients and internal Murex teams, ensuring scope clarity, prioritization, and delivery follow-through.
  • Support & Client Operations Governance: oversee run activities and operational governance to maintain production stability, including reporting, operational checkpoints, and service-level follow-up.
  • Drive Operational Initiatives: organize and run initiatives such as SME visits , knowledge-sharing sessions , and continuous improvement actions to strengthen client operations.
  • Client Relationship & Communication: act as a key point of contact for production topics, ensuring clear, regular communication with client stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Coordination & PM Processes: apply project management discipline to production support (coordination, follow-up, staffing alignment, and—where applicable—budget tracking and reporting).
