About the role :
We are looking for a junior Financial Analyst with experience in Murex who will join the Client Services Delivery Pool, supporting European clients across both project and production environments. You will play a key role in delivering operations and finance solutions within implementations, system upgrades, and Business-As-Usual (BAU) support activities. This position combines operational ownership, client interaction, testing responsibilities, and stream coordination within an Agile delivery framework.
Your role:
- Contribute to the technical and functional design and build of Murex solutions in Agile mode.
- Participate in customer workshops, show sessions, and solution demonstrations.
- Analyse project cases and perform defect analysis and follow-up.
- Write and execute test scenarios during test campaigns, Support validation phases (SIT and UAT).
- Participate in client support activities under the supervision of the support coordinator.
- Manage and follow up on incidents, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Act as first-level escalation or quality control for issues within the stream.
- Ensure full understanding of the client’s functional and technical scope to resolve issues effectively.
- Analyse and reconcile source and target data.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies across systems.
- Work autonomously on project activities with limited supervision.
