Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Review and moderate online content according to platform policies

- Deliver excellent customer experience in a fast-paced international environment
Requirements
- Fluency in one of the required languages
- Good English communication skills (B2 preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working in an international environment
- EU citizenship or valid work authorization or refugee status ONLY
