Context: We are looking for a Project Manager to lead IT projects and components of programs, initiatives, and preliminary technical and functional IT system upgrades. However, we are looking for someone with a strong IT background, particularly in software development and integration. In terms of approach, we seek a leader who takes ownership of assigned projects, demonstrates proactivity and creativity in overcoming obstacles, and is also an excellent communicator and coordinator to engage with the various stakeholders involved in these projects. Our organization operates in the following areas, and the workload for this role will be determined based on current project needs and the profile of the selected candidate:MISSIONS

• Management and oversight of customer flows (Implementation of a dedicated document space for exchanges with our prospects, telephone, SMS, email, etc.) Development of our insurance document repository Development and implementation of a form creation tool and associated workflows Tasks: – Management and cost estimation of studies conducted prior to projects – Management of one or more projects (IT and/or Business) in their project management and/or oversight aspects. – Operational support for IT Project Leads – Coordination of project teams and/or technical and business project leads – Ensuring the successful completion of the project(s) in accordance with the commitments made at launch

TECHNOLOGICAL SKILLS: – Very good understanding of IT engineering and architecture topics – Knowledge of application development (Specifications, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment)

METHODOLOGICAL SKILLS: – Agile project management and V-model development, mastery of associated methodologies – Organization and operation of major accounts and their IT departments – Project experience in one or more of the following areas: – Evolution of application and technical platforms – Management of IT solution development projects budgeted between 300 and 2000 person-days – Ability to organize and manage the activities of multiple stakeholders – Excellent communication skills
