Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a MSN Manager P21 FAL A350 H/F to join our Coordination Plants & Suppliers Department based in Toulouse, France. The role offers an opportunity to join the A350 FAL Coordination teams at Station 20 and play a key role in the A350 Program ramp‑up.

Responsibilities
Ensuring Milestones and Priorities
- Co‑lead SQCDP2 meetings and actively participate in SQCDP3 with the Station OL and drive milestone MFTs based on entry and exit criteria (KOM, FC D‑5, D‑3 and D‑1, FGTR, PTM, and QGO).
- Uphold commitments and related decisions to secure aircraft cycle times.
Governing the Folio and Data
- Perform daily updates of folios in the tracking tools (ACPNG, Tandem, etc.).
- Review roadblocks (via dedicated MFTs) and track QLB, QSR, and CLB items.
- Trigger associated action plans whenever necessary.
Managing Escalations and Action Plans
- Analyze escalation root causes and potential impacts.
- Prepare background files and documentation for major and/or critical roadblocks.
- Secure station prerequisites.
- Drive actions through to closure.
Coordinating Partners and Cabin Suppliers
- Lead Supplier Drumbeats: Partners, OSS, VM PICPK, etc.
- Ensure Station Alignment (Production / Quality / Testing) for OSW (Outstanding Work) activities.
