MS Teams Engineer

We have partnered with a Leading Systems Integrator and Microsoft Gold Partner to support their search for a MS Teams Engineer (L3) to support and enhance enterprise Microsoft Teams environments. The role provides 3rd line support, resolves complex voice and collaboration issues, and delivers improvements across Teams, Microsoft 365, and Unified Communications.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for Microsoft Teams and voice services
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Teams, telephony, conferencing, and integrations
• Support Direct Routing and Operator Connect
• Implement upgrades, changes, and service improvements
• Work with infrastructure, networking, and security teams
• Produce technical documentation and procedures
• Support projects, migrations, and feature rollouts

Required Skills

• Teams Voice, Direct Routing, SBCs, telephony integration
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management
• Knowledge of DNS, SIP, QoS, firewalls
• Strong communication and documentation skills
