We're looking for a Freelance Motion Designer available as soon as possible , with a curious and sharp mindset that goes beyond the obvious. Whether you're a strategist, a creative or an operational expert, what matters most is your desire to learn, your appetite for complexity, and your ability to turn ideas into real impact. Responsibilities

• Design and produce 2D/3D animations for interactive experiences, video games, and digital communication materials
• Collaborate with artistic and technical teams to integrate high-quality visual and audio elements
• Contribute to the creation of storyboards and the definition of the projects’ visual identity
• Optimize animations to ensure a smooth user experience across different platforms
• Stay up to date with creative and technological trends in motion design and animation
• Test and refine animated content to ensure proper functionality and artistic consistency
• Contribute to the overall artistic direction of projects

About you

• Proven experience in motion design, ideally in the video game, VR/AR, or digital communication sectors
• Proficiency in creative and animation tools (After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.)
• Strong skills in graphic design and 2D/3D animation
• Knowledge of UX/UI design principles applied to interactivity
• Fluent in French and English. Another language is a plus.
• You demonstrate strong creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and highly adaptable
• You have strong communication and time management skills
