Job Description
Monogastric Area Sales Manager – Europe F/M
Permanent contract – Saint‑Malo (or teleworking in France)
Reporting to the General Manager of Agricultural Applications, and in close collaboration with the Technical and Marketing Department, you will be the referent for our monogastric offer – in particular the CapMag.
Responsibilities
- Deploy the product offer in the different species (pork and poultry).
- Structure the market approach: in BtoB and via distributors if necessary.
- Implement prospecting and sales promotion plans.
- Participate in the definition of the pricing policy and guarantee margin objectives.
- Participate in and lead periodic sales meetings: presentation of results, indicators and short‑ and medium‑term actions.
- Ensure competitive intelligence.
- Set up reporting: activity monitoring, key indicators, definition of corrective actions when necessary.
The scope of the position concerns Europe, it can be opened according to opportunities (e.g. North Africa).
All these missions are carried out with the support of our technical, logistics, quality, regulatory, sales teams, etc.
As part of these missions, a training course of several weeks will be provided.
This will quickly familiarize you with the company structure, our products and their applications.
Profile sought
Graduated with a bac+5 level training in Agri/Agro, Animal Health or Animal Nutrition , you have a first experience of at least 5 years post‑graduation in BtoB BtoD business development in the Monogastric Nutrition sector.
Fluency in English is required; a third language is a plus.
Level of travel in France and abroad: 40 to 50% of the time.
