Monetization Product Ops — Pricing & Enablement

Lemlist is seeking a Product Ops - Monetization leader to translate complex, cross‑functional initiatives into clear decisions and rolled‑out plans. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Ops, Finance, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to drive monetization and internal enablement.

In this role you will own pricing and billing initiatives, shape go‑to‑market features, and partner with Data and Finance to ensure clean revenue reporting.
