Overview

Moncler is looking for a Store Manager to lead its boutique in Chamonix.

The Store Manager strives to reach excellence in business performance and key qualitative objectives, always going beyond expectations, inspiring, managing and coaching the team.

Your Impact

• Create a genuine, attentive, and long‑lasting relationship with clients, based on listening, meeting, and exceeding their needs and expectations.
• Be focused on excellent performances and results, based on clear KPIs, in a challenging competitive environment.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall technical & cleanliness standards, including staff appearance.
• Constantly enhance knowledge of the brand’s history and values, promoting collections and product features.
• Create an exciting work environment where trust and diversity are respected.
• Empower others through engagement and motivation: recognize strengths and provide solutions to consistently improve.
• Recognize talent and potential, fostering a feedback‑oriented coaching environment to ensure team and individual development.

Qualifications

• 8 years of previous experience in managerial roles within structured fashion luxury and retail companies.
• Degree with specialization in Retail/Hospitality Management is a plus.
• Willingness to evolve within the organization.
• Proven excellent client‑service/Clienteling skills.
• Fluency and sophistication in English and Swiss German, with an additional language a plus.
• Digital awareness, deep knowledge of MS Office, and proven experience with clienteling, payments, and warehouse management systems and tools.

• Proven track record of successful sales generation, building clientele, and managing team development.
