- Lead the Global HEVA Economic Modeling group, designing high-quality cost-effectiveness and budget impact models for payers and HTA authorities
- Conduct early economic modeling and strategic analyses to support development design and pricing strategy decisions
- Advance integrated quantitative approaches, focusing on economic, disease, and predictive modeling in partnership with internal and external organizations
- Manage Economic Platform workstreams for allocated projects, overseeing external vendors and ensuring robust development and validation
- Support individual markets with model adaptation and provide methodological guidance for local HTA submissions
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure economic evidence supports pricing and market access decisions

- Proven track record in HEOR disciplines including health economic modeling, data analyses, and decision modeling
- Documented experience delivering health economic models for reimbursement in Europe, US, and Asian markets
- Experience in early modeling for portfolio strategy and internal decision-making
- Cross-therapeutic area experience, including rare disease**Skills & Competencies:**
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with ability to synthesize quantitative data
- Clear understanding of payer contexts and HTA requirements
- Excellent communication skills - able to translate complex analyses for diverse audiences
- Strong customer focus, team spirit, and project management capabilities
- Out-of-the-box thinking to conceptualize models with heterogeneous evidence

- Project management experience**Education:**
- Degree in Statistics and/or Health Economics
- Ph
D in Economics, Health Economics, (Pharmaco)epidemiology, or related field is a plus**Languages:**
