Overview

The role leads a QA team for mobile releases, ensuring product quality, supervising testing cycles, and coordinating with development.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of product quality, including test plans and documentation.
• Supervise the testing team: interview, hire, train, evaluate performance, set schedules.
• Ensure test cycles complete two full rounds before release milestones.
• Create and manage daily, weekly, and final release reports (bug logs, RTM checklists, certification).
• Conduct bug triage sessions with producers and developers, prioritizing issue resolution.
• Provide frequent status reports and documentation to QA Management, Producers, and Developers.
• Collaborate with developers on code releases to Apple, Google, and Amazon portals.
• Mentor team leaders and allocate testing tasks efficiently.
• Develop and maintain test cycle processes and documentation for mobile QA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of QA testing experience, preferably in mobile QA.
• Experience leading a QA team and managing test cycles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 or higher).
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, Outlook, and database tools (e.g., Jira, Helix).
• Time‑management, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to serve as a positive role model.
• Flexibility, empathy, and creativity in addressing issues.
• Experience with submitting code to Apple, Google, and/or Amazon portals is a plus.
• Bilingual or native proficiency in English (written and oral).
