Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Device Management (MDM) Expert with strong hands‑on expertise in Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM to design, implement, administer, and support enterprise mobility and endpoint management solutions.

The candidate will manage mobile devices, laptops, applications, security policies, compliance enforcement, and device lifecycle management across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Omnissa Workspace ONE UEM environments.
• Manage device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and security controls.
• Implement Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
• Configure Apple Device Enrollment Program (DEP)/Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.
• Support Windows Modern Management and endpoint lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot device enrollment, application deployment, policy compliance, and connectivity issues.
• Implement enterprise mobility security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
