Your future responsibilities as a Business Operation Specialist

• Managed app compatibility operations for the Huawei ecosystem (including Petal Maps, Skytone, EasyAbroad, and Atomic Services); conducted essential testing and delivered comprehensive reports to improve Net Satisfaction Scores (NSS).
• Expanded business cooperation and managed ecosystem partner relationships for HMS for Car, including organizing and executing critical automotive road tests. Designed and executed key marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives tailored for automotive solutions.
• Monitored and analyzed core KPIs (including MAU, DAU, New Paid Users, and Revenue) to optimize the performance, efficiency, and profitability of business operations.
• Collaborated with top-tier partners to develop and implement joint growth strategies, maximizing mutual revenue and enhancing partner satisfaction.
• Coordinated cross-functional internal and external resources to successfully deliver high-impact projects and drive revenue growth.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2+ years' experience in business development, growth, or marketing of digital services or products preferred
• Excellent data analysis skills
• Strong project management, presentation and organization skills with a proven ability to prioritize workload
• High comprehension, flexibility, creativity and team spirit
• Required language skills: fluent English and French
