ML Engineer: AI Agent for Conversational Commerce

Gorgias is building an AI Agent to automate shopper interactions and drive ecommerce sales. You will develop, refine, and scale agentic LLM workflows, RAG pipelines, and NLP classifiers to improve accuracy and efficiency across merchant support and marketing.

We seek 5+ years in ML and software development, strong Python skills, and a Master’s in a STEM field. English communication must be excellent; knowledge of GCP is a plus. Competitive salary and extensive benefits await.
